How to Become a Clothing Consignor: (Please read all instructions carefully!)

We no longer have tag pick-up. We are using a barcode system and you enter your inventory and print your tags from this website.

  • *All consignors must agree to our consignor agreement (see fine print below for details.)
  • Our online system makes it so quick and easy to enter your items and print your inventory sheet and tags at home. The deadline for entering items will be Monday of sale week at 10:00 a.m.
  • Click here to register to be a new consignor. Returning consignors can click here to register for our upcoming sale. If you have multiple consignor numbers, please do not register them all until you are sure you will use them- we have a limited number of spaces. If you end up not consigning or not using additional numbers, then please unregister those numbers before the sale so others may use your spot!
  • Sort your items by size and gender (smallest to largest, boys and girls separate). Next click here to be taken to the consignor homepage to enter your items. You may import items from a previous sale, but please keep those items in the order that they import and add new items after that. You MUST print new tags for items imported from a previous sale! Please hang, don’t bag sleepers or Pj’s!
  • When you finish entering your items you will need to print your tags (there is a button on the inventory section) and attach them with a tagging gun in the seam or hem of your clothing items. There are videos on youtube if you are needing help with this!
  • We ask that you print your tags on white or ivory card-stock or heavy weight paper (other colors may not scan). Please make sure your tags have printed clearly and that they are business card size with no horizontal lines through your barcodes. If you are using an inkjet printer, please perform a print head alignment before you print your tags.
  • Items that are not barcoded will not be accepted.
  • Consignors receive 75% of the selling price of items sold.
  • Want to earn more? Volunteer at least one shift and receive 85% of the selling price of items sold.
  • Consignors must tag their own items.You may purchase a tagging gun from us by going to the Highland Church of Christ office at 400 N. Houston Levee Rd., Cordova between 9 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday or during worship hours beginning 6 weeks prior to the sale. Tagging guns are $12. Please bring exact change or write a check to Highland Clothing Sale.
  • Fasteners are FREE and available for you to use with your tagging gun by going to the Highland Church of Christ office at 400 N. Houston Levee Rd., Cordova between 9 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday or during worship hours (8 am- noon Sundays) beginning 6 weeks before the sale. Please do not use safety pins to attach your tags.
  • Please see receiving times posted to the right. You will need to sign up for a drop off time when you register as a consignor.
  • Always bring your best items! If you bring items for more than one consignor number to receiving you will need a separate time for the other consignors items to get checked in. This is only fair to other consignors who are waiting.
  • Please see the How to Prepare Items for Sale page for more instructions. Be sure to check for stains in daylight or fluorescent light- many stains do not show in regular household light!
  • Your items that do not sell will be available for pick up from 5-7 pm on Saturday. Any items not picked up by 7:00 pm on Saturday will be donated. Please highlight the word DONATE on your tags if you wish to do so (this will make our sorting process easier).
  • Consignor payment will be available when items are picked up. Please let us know who will be picking up your payment. Photo identification will be required.
  • Please note that our sale has a limit of only 200 consignors, so sign up ASAP!
  • We do offer FREE childcare for volunteers, but you must contact us & register your child at least 2 weeks before clothing sale week begins! Email for childcare requests: . (You may request special permission if it is past this deadline and we will see if we can accommodate you.)

*The consignor has read the rules for participation in this sale and agrees to abide by them. The Highland church of Christ Children’s Clothing Sale agrees to display for sale the items on the inventory sheet(s). We reserve the right to refuse or remove items from the sale. The consignor agrees to pick up all unsold items during the pick-up time and further agrees that all items not claimed and picked up by the designated time will become the property of the Highland church of Christ Children’s Clothing Sale to be distributed to charity. The consignor holds the clothing sale workers, the Women’s Ministry of Highland church of Christ, and Highland church of Christ blameless for loss as a result of fire, theft, or otherwise.
